Reconstructing the flowers of the sounds will exercise the child to differentiate the initial sounds from words having at the beginning a syllable containing a simple vowel.

In order to allow a differentiation and a memorization of the vowels and the consonants, this game and its complement The flowers of the sounds 2, are conceived by using as reference the blue color for the vowels and the red color for the consonants like the Montessori mobile letters. And to make it easier to find the sound you're working on, a slider with a green coloured button indicates the place of the sound you're listening to at the beginning of the word, according to the coding you'll find in our other syllable tracking games (green  sound at the beginning ; orange  sound in the middle ; red  sound at the end of the word)

If you wish to work on reconstituting the 5 flowers of sounds simultaneously, we advise you to buy the set of 3 additional trays that you will find on our products page.
